How to Have Your Parcels Shipped to Us

When ordering your items, simply send it to YOUR NAME at OUR ADDRESS (210 S. 8th St. Lewiston, NY 14092). When we receive the items, we will hold them for you.

We accept ALL shipments from ANY carrier, even skids, furniture, or truck freight. What's easier than that?

Request  a tracking number from the sender for EVERY shipment sent here, and  monitor them yourself to make arrangements for pick-up AFTER you see  it's been delivered.

We will hold parcels with small storage fees accruing after one month based on value & size of the parcels. Please don't leave things TOO long though!  Only so much space, ya see. 

How to Pick Up Your Parcels

We  are open every weekday 11 AM to 3 PM for sure, and often much later at  night, but not regularly. We are always closed the week between  Christmas and New Year's Day.

When we are open, email before you arrive and we'll have ALL your parcels waiting and ready for you.

We CAN accommodate after-hours or weekend pick-up arrangements, but you must  email by 3 PM on the weekday of your intended later arrival or by 3 PM  on Friday for weekend pickups. There is a $5.00 service fee for  after-hours pick-up in addition to the parcel reception fees (see  above).

We Offer US Mailboxes

GET A REAL New York U.S. Street Mailing Address - No Suite #s or P.O. box #s

$18.00 per month ($216 per year) includes everything delivered by USPS except parcels and items needing a signature. Parcels and items needing a signature fall under the parcel rate, which is $5.00 per piece.

We Can Forward Your Parcels

Forwarding of parcels into Canada is available via Canada Post or our personal delivery service.

Received mail and parcels forwarded to you anywhere in the world = $10.00 plus shipping costs. Potential customs fees are due on receipt in Canada, payable by you to the chosen carrier.

We Provide Freight Reception

$60.00 per pallet load. Or $60.00 per piece off freight truck.
Includes  one 7-day week from reception to pick it up, OR have US deliver it to  you! Storage thereafter at $25.00 per additional week.

We also prepare and ship into Ontario Canada using OUR freight truck at great rates; call for quote.

We Provide Storage/Warehousing

Call with spacial needs and duration required, for quote.

Monthly fees or storage charges for long-term receptions begin at $60.00 per month.

Greater discounts for regular high-volume recipients are available; call for a quote.

We Provide Pick & Pack/ Fulfillment Services

We'll  store and forward your inventory within the U.S. This means cheaper  domestic shipping costs for YOUR customer and ease for YOU. Call with  expected inventory volumes and service needs required to receive a  quote.

We Provide International Freight Forwarding

We  receive and consolidate commercial shipments from the USA, for combined  bulk delivery to the GTA. Call for more info on schedule and fees.

We  also pick up smaller mixed LTL shipments in the GTA for bulk rate  forwarding to the USA for domestic distribution. We pride ourselves on  always being less than shipping direct international using common  carriers.

Both options are a huge savings over direct cross border shipments using common carriers.

Payments Accepted

We accept U.S. funds, Canadian at 35% exchange, credit cards for UPS  shipping costs only, PayPal + fees. No checks can be accepted, however!
